resolveAgainstBaseUri

Resolve a given URI against the base URI.

Parameters:

uriString - the given URI

Returns:

the resolved URI

Throws:

MalformedURLException - the malformed URL exception

isLocalBaseUri

Check if baseURI is local

Returns:

true if baseURI is local, otherwise false
