This class is used to flatten text markup annotations.

Text markup annotations are: PdfTextMarkupAnnotation.MarkupHighlight, PdfTextMarkupAnnotation.MarkupUnderline, PdfTextMarkupAnnotation.MarkupSquiggly, PdfTextMarkupAnnotation.MarkupStrikeout.
